Now let's introduce our example project: the Happy Positive Social Network Archive.

We're building a preservation service for an ephemeral API at happy.industrial-linguistics.com.

Here's what it needs to do. First, fetch joyful posts from the GET /v1/automessage endpoint before they vanish. These messages are temporary, so we need to capture them.

Second, store them permanently with enough context to browse later. We want to preserve the full experience.

And third, present a comforting timeline that celebrates the community's positive tone.

Claude already made us a landing page - now let's design the product behind it. We'll walk through the full process of specifying, designing, and building this application step by step.
