Start with /plugin to see what is available. The official Anthropic marketplace is available from Claude Code, and one install path is /plugin install github@claude-plugins-official.

The great thing about plugins is that they're shareable. You could create your own private GitHub repository for organization-specific plugins. This could include custom skills, slash commands, and development patterns that are specific to your codebase and workflow.
